I'm thrilled because of the journey I've walked through since I bought this plot, that was in 2020. I started building in 2021. During COVID-19, it took me almost two years to complete the structure. But I'm happy because now it's complete, and we have even tenants inside. Because I value my customers, and I have to make them happy, I have to do something which I'm also proud of, and where I can also feel that I can also live it. First of all, I thank God because without God, probably I would not have achieved this. And one of the things which has made me do such a project is because I found a partner. A partner in Next Level Properties. They sold me their property, but they didn't push me to clear it, even when I was even building it. They gave me that confidence to build. Even when I was building, they also came to me again and proposed to me other properties, which I went and also bought.

Yes, I recall now, I think you're on your fifth property with us. A repeat client, not once, not twice, or fifth time.

Yes. That's why I believe when I'm investing with the Next Level Properties. I feel confidence and that security is there. Then I'm sure that at the end of the day, I'm going to get my title.

Mr. Chris (Client):

I got my title, and that gave me the confidence to get the drawings and to start building immediately. I can even now use this one as a security  for the bank and get more funds to go and build. So to me, I think the journey I've walked with you guys is comfortable, and I think I'm okay with it.

I've seen you love our properties in Syokimau and even Katani. In Syokimau, you have bought two properties.

 

Mr. Chris (Client):

I've been living in Syokimau for the last 13 years. It's like now this is my home. I have one in Topaz coming up, Katani Lapis Lazuri Gardens, and now we are going to Tulivu Gardens. I feel comfortable when I'm in Syokimau. It's a nice area, a coming up area where there are middle-class people. Probably I also think that because I have boys, my boys will also like staying in Syokimau. Because I'm also investing in Syokimau, I'm also investing for them.

You're able to leave an investment?

 

Mr. Chris (Client):

I don't have another investment out of the Syokimau. I feel comfortable when I'm investing in Syokimau and Katani. I'm comfortable and happy.

As they say, location, location, location. And with Mombasa Road here, just a walking distance, with the expressway, with JKIA, with the SGR, I think that makes everything go for this place.

 

Mr. Chris (Client):

And also the roads are coming up. Now the government is tarmacking the roads. So within the next maybe two or three years, Syokimau will be the place to live. When we came to Syokimau, there were no roads in 2010. I think the first road came here in 2013, 2014. But now, as you can see, Syokimau is the Muthaiga of Machakos County.

It is true. But also I'm encouraged with clients like you who are doing homes here because you are the ones who are bringing the Runda into Syokimau. And I know that gives a lot of pressure to new buyers. But it is good to know that the value is also appreciating because of homes like this.
